It was an amazing experience. My sinuses and lungs feel fantastic!
It was so beautiful and inviting. I had such a sense of calm and peacefulness. The room was inviting and warm, the chairs and blankets were fabulous. I was there Saturday 3/11 for the Violet Flame Meditation class, it was one of the best classes I've ever attended, anywhere, and combined with the salt mine, the experience was unexplainable, but one of the best I've experienced! I walked out of there feeling as if a weight had been lifted off me. Can't wait for the next meditation class!
