This place is awesome! Definitely felt even more of a difference after a second visit. Staff were super friendly and informative. I will go again the next time I'm in the area.
Loved it. It was inviting, warm and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Especially Ashley and Erica! I cannot wait to go again for their classes and events.

Great place, beautiful, clean & so relaxing � the staff is friendly. I got to take fitness class yesterday. Anna did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this place. Did I mention how beautiful the Himalayan rocks were? The benefits are amazing.
