I had to cancel because I was leaving out of the state early and they still charged me almost $200 for a service they didn’t even provide ****DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE****
Massage was alright. Wouldn’t call it a facial, she washed my face and put lotion on it. Pretty dissapointing.
I took a chance and booked a last minute 90 minute massage. It was warm, relaxing and a beautiful way to start my new year! Thanks Tracy - you are an expert!
We stayed at the Grand Hotel and booked the couples massage as part of our stay. We were worked on by Nina and Zoe. We loved our massage! My husband was so relaxed he fell asleep! I had been having neck and shoulder issues that were interrupting my sleep. Zoe totally took care of it! They use heated towels to bring more comfort and relief The reason we give it a 4 star review is because it's not a true spa experience. No robe, no water or tea.
