What a fantastic community. Meritage is a wonderful builder that not only focuses on a safe, well-built home but a home with clean air, and that's energy efficient. Erica was so informative and pleasant and answered all of my questions. She is truly an asset to the brand.

Where do I begin? I purchased my home about 6 months ago. There’s been nothing but issues. The sliding glass doors were installed incorrectly causing leaks whenever it rains in my dining room to where the baseboards & flooring needs to be replaced, the bathroom Faucets weren’t installed properly causing leaks under the sink, the paint used throughout my home was cheap & looks like a 6 year old applied it, AC was installed incorrectly causing can you guess….
