Terrible follow up we have been waiting months for them to respond to fix some major issues,
I contacted them 75 days ago for service and they mentioned that I would be two months out. I have messaged them a few times and no reply. Off to the next window company.
I called several window companies in the Salt Lake area to get quotes for a new construction project and Salt Lake Window Company was the only one to answer on the first call. Rick, the owner emailed me back with a quote the next day and said they could have the windows delivered within 3 weeks. I waited a few more days to get a couple other quotes to compare and all the other companies were not only more expensive, but were looking at 6-12 weeks to ship. I absolutely love my new windows from Salt Lake Window Company. Their team was very professional and the new low-e windows they installed not only look incredible and gave my older home a new modern appearance, but they have saved me a staggering amount of money over the winter in energy costs due to their high efficiency. I would highly recommend Salt Lake Window Company and the Cascade Windows they put in my home!
