Nate @ Highland is the man. I came in to buy a new mod because my Reuleaux RX2/3 had a check battery fault. INSTEAD of just selling me a new mod he advised me to take it to the West Valley location for repair because it's probably just a loose wire. WOW. He lost a sale but gained a customer for life. I repaired it myself, saved a wad of cash and went back to the store to by a coil, my favorite juice (One Hit - The Man), get his name and say thank you. Well done Nate!
