Wouldnt recommend them at all, Communication was beyond poor. They kept my car for two and a half days with almost no communication. Priced my repairs incredibly high, then when I finally picked it up they overcharged me for my Diagnostics report (more than $200) Seems like their goal is to seperate you from your money. They wouldnt work with my extended warrenty because they do not accept parts from warranty Go somewhere else- This is not worth your time I should send them a bill for my uber fees for 3 days
I appreciated the customer service I received during my visit today. I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment and they went right to work. They were upfront on pricing and what my truck needed without being pushy. They were finished far sooner than I expected and using the Lyft service to get other stuff done nearby as I waited was great. Finally, when I noticed a sound after they replaced the air filter, they took the time to listen and fix it quickly before I left. Something had fallen into the filter and made a noise ... read more
