I brought my vehicle in on Friday morning (9-5-25) due to a check engine light. The diagnostic code indicated a transmission issue. I was informed that there would be no transmission technician available until Monday, leaving me without a car for the weekend. When Monday arrived, I discovered that the person assisting me was off for the week, and there was no backup to address my concerns. Pésimo servicio publicidad engañosa publican un precio y cuando se interesan le suben hasta 3 mil dólares mas, hay un vendedor llamado rico es de lo peor cero atención al cliente no sabe nada realmente no se por que lo tienen ahí con su actitud han de perder muchas ventas y un supervisor llamado brayan da información falsa da precios sin sentido considero que intentan engañar a los clientes con precios que no son intentan obligar al cliente a pagar una protección en $3995 qué esa el cliente es el que decide si la quiere en o... read more

I took my Suburban in for an oil change. When I picked it up, I was told it was parked in the back. I didn't know they meant the very back where it was very hard to get out. They had not taken the plastic off the seat or the paper off the floor. They also had not put a new sticker on the windshield and the car had not been washed. I felt they were very unprofessional.
