You need this realtor! This market is so hot, yet tricky! We tried to sell on our own and two buyers fell through. We then went with Bradon and got 60k more than we would have had we not gone with an agent. He is professional, a great communicator and works well with all sides of the deal. Not a better agent in the state I have had really bad agents, and good agents, who I thought were great until I met Bradon. He was awesome! This guy was there showing home after home, finding properties I'd actually like, and nailing it on the head. I am not an easy buyer either..
