I got a mani pedi and the pedicure was nice, unfortunately the manicure was the worst I’ve ever had. None of the lengths matched, the edges were rough which led one nail to tear really low and two of the gel coats didn’t cure leaving bubbles of liquid under the top coat that leaked and lifted.
They are so clean and use fresh acetone to soak gel polish off my natural nails (no damaging drilling or reused acetone). They're efficient so you may be in the pedi chair getting your mani at the same time. I'm ok with this because I usually only have an hour for this service. If you don't want that, just let them know at the start of your appointment. Always do a nice clean gel manicure that lasts 3 weeks.
