Have been seeing Katelyn at Salt Lake Massage and Therapeutics for over 2 years. She has helped my body stay moving through wrist/tendon issues, back pain, shoulder pain, etc.- and takes great care to customize each session. Last month I had such awful neck pain and spasms that I’d been in tears for nearly two weeks and unable to turn my head. Chiro didn’t help. ONE session w/Katelyn brought immediate relif and was pain free within a few days. My monthly session is the best self-care I could wish for.

Katelyn is absolutely phenomenal! I started seeing her after I hit a plateau in recovering from a herniated disc in my lower back which led to hip flexor issues, and the improvement has been unbelievable. Katelyn utilizes true therapeutic methods, not just a standard massage, hitting trigger points and releasing muscles you didn't even know were tight or causing pain.
