I used this service for a round trip between LAS Airport and Mesquite. Overall, the ride was comfortable. However, on the return trip, I was concerned that the driver started eating snacks—not just drinking a beverage—while driving on the highway. The passengers were not even wearing three-point seat belts. I would like the driver to be more aware that they are responsible for the lives of their passengers. It was SLE8080 on February 3rd.

I can’t say enough good things about this shuttle, but especially the driver Steven! I was rushing to the shuttle from a 4.5 flight and was going to be arrive at the other terminal at exactly the time the shuttle was going to leave. I called Salt Lake Express customer service to ask if I could still make it. The woman was incredibly kind (I didn’t get her name) and called Steven to let him know. 40 minutes late, didn’t call to let us know they were going to be late until after the departure time had passed. ??? Obviously. The baggage holders above the seats squeaked loudly the entire drive and sounded like they were going to fall off at any second.
