How does this company get away with causing so much harm to others never offering anything to offset the pain they inflict? This huge bus company operating under several names offers no sense of responsibility whatsoever, and to whom are they accountable? Unbelievable.
This was one of the worst airport experiences I’ve ever had. My Frontier flight was delayed by nearly 4 hours, turning what should have been a normal evening arrival into a 2:30 AM arrival. That delay wasn’t my fault, yet I was the one who paid the price. After landing at LAS, I followed the baggage claim signs, only to be led to the wrong terminal.
