I can’t say enough good things about this shuttle, but especially the driver Steven! I was rushing to the shuttle from a 4.5 flight and was going to be arrive at the other terminal at exactly the time the shuttle was going to leave. I called Salt Lake Express customer service to ask if I could still make it. The woman was incredibly kind (I didn’t get her name) and called Steven to let him know. Steven the driver was very professional and prompt. Got us to our destination safe and sound.
40 minutes late, didn’t call to let us know they were going to be late until after the departure time had passed. ??? Obviously. The baggage holders above the seats squeaked loudly the entire drive and sounded like they were going to fall off at any second.
I travelled from Las Vegas to Cedar city. I was picked up on time from Las Vegas airport and reading other people's reviews helped me find the pick up point easily, so thankyou! There was about 15 of us in a shuttle bus (only 2 spare seats) which smelt a bit overwhelming due to a few passengers. We stopped at St George and changed buses- this was a bigger bus which was clean and there was no odours. The driver was also a different person. The first ride from St George to Vegas was fine. The bus was clean. But the driver was extremely overweight and surly. Like too heavy to do this kind of job. He was panting the whole time - I thought he was going to have a heart attack just handling my bag. He was also extremely unfriendly. But we got there safely.
