Went here to get a Food Handlers since my first hadn't arrived in the mail after a concerningly long amount of time. The department said it had been mailed but I didn't receive it until righttttt before the 30 day deadline they give themselves to ship one plastic card in an envelope across the valley. It arrived wayyyy after I needed the card and if I'd've waited till it arrived I would have lost my job. The staff of this facility was obviously up to something shady. Anytime you see somebody act like this about a camera you know they have something to hide. This public area is not open to the public when you have a camera in your hands.
Lisa Hernandez was just odd or pasive agresive, making comments and laughing at them. Asking “when was it filed” and got the answer of sometime last year she literally said “you’re kidding me” and make a smirky laugh. In another moment in the conversation she just laughed at company having also a catering side of it. If you wont make the interaction pleasant save those dumb comments coming from someone who is working for the state.
Rae was an absolute angel, a ray of sunshine. She was extremely nice and made my whole day! Amazing at her job truly
