In town for a family medical procedure. Staff seemed decent, Starbucks was sub par... Probably not affiliated but my opinion on Starbucks is not great anyways. Bed was probably the worst mattress I've slept on. Felt the springs in my back. Was filthy, Dirty and kinda gross not impressed for the rate. Drywall and garbage on carpet. Clueless staff have no idea how to answer basic questions and just laugh amongst themselves instead of trying to find answers. Hotel is dated and run down a bit. They now charge for parking and make you do a decent amount of legwork on your own to register the car instead of simply charging a parking fee. Even when I pay for the parking rate to be included in the rate they usually fight me tooth and nail to acknowledge it even when I show them proof on my phone.
