We had nice stay there, beautiful and clean, also who help us was a very kind and nice person, sorry I can’t remember his name
Rooms nice but AC very loud. Location on Univ of Utah campus is pretty but we'll outside of SLC. Very few places to eat.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are unhelpful and gave us all incorrect information and then acted like they never said anything they did despite 10 people saying so. Do not stay here, the rooms are gross and old. It's not worth the attitude, lack or service or abysmal accommodations. Shame on Marriott because this location is an embarrassment to the brand.
Had a lovely stay and that was absolutely due to the incredibly kind and wonderful service that these staffers gave. Huck, Douglas, and Jack at the front desk were such welcoming presences, and Ryan at the bar was so sweet and funny! Each of these people went above and beyond in my short time here, and I’m so grateful they made me feel so at home.
The space was nice and had clearly recently been renovated, but was lacking a few crucial amenities to make for an enjoyable stay - 1) the AC did not function well at all and made quite the sporadic rattling noise throughout the night leading to discomfort and difficulty sleeping 2) The restrooms do not have fans in them 3) parking is not included and is an addl. ~$20 per night
