Had a great experience having Premier install our AC, Humidifier + Purifyer. We were working with one of their competitors previously for our heater, but Premier was much more detailed and polished. Cheryl was awesome and spent a lot of time with us explaining how everything would work and the process. Jake and Tyrell did a great job teaching us how to use it and installing the system. Very responsive and setup an appointment quickly. Showed up on time and got the work done quickly too. I knew that the problem was with the capacitor and told them so when I booked the appointment so I do wish that the diagnostic charges were a bit less as a result.
