They did a perfect job of scanning a few hundred family photos with care. We gave the photos organized by groups and they put then in separate folders, backs of photos with notes were scanned, and some dark and hazy ones were even enhanced. I completely recommend them.
So far not so good, at least for personal document scanning. I hoped to save time by having it done professionally. I took the afternoon off work today so I could pick up my scan job. Arrived at 4:20 (they close at 5). There were at least 3 people there, but they couldn't give me my scans. Only one person can do that, apparently, and she left (leaves?) at 4 p.m. I told them coming back tomorrow is not at all convenient--but it seemed there was nothing they felt they could do. Awesome place. Whole transaction took less than five minutes. I was in and out which I really appreciated since I was in a big rush.
