I was interested in a monthly pass in one of two ABM garages - not only is getting ahold of the office a chore, but the service isn’t great once you do. The advertised monthly rates on their signs and website are also incorrect - on top of that rate they charge a $25 “service fee” EACH MONTH. I thought it was maybe a one time setup fee, but nope, every month. No other parking company in the city has added fees to their monthly passes other than maybe a $10 card fee when you first sign up, and as a result are a minimum of $50... read more

Shadiest coming ever. Better business bureau needs to get involved. Their model is to monopolize all the parking, jack up the price, then extort their customers and employees.
2024 UPDATE: they keep raising the rates for monthly parking even though they’re not paying anyone to be there now when their system fails or your pass is unexpectedly deactivated. They also installed a Bluetooth system that’s supposed to just let you in, but only provided what I can assume is only half the instructions to set it up. And woe be unto him who tries to get questions answered by phone or online because getting anything done remotely is impossible. But, on the flip side, in-person stuff is just as frustrating.
