Good experience, especially with the installer, Eric, who is extremely careful, detail-oriented and knowledgeable. Our new carpet arrived damaged from the mill, and Eric was instantly on the phone solving the problem for us. We really felt well taken care of, and are very happy with the final result.
Brigham was extremely helpful and very friendly. I will definitely be coming back to carpet giant again. Both carpet giant and flow warehouse has been extremely helpful and friendly altogether.
