Bad business people. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
Steer clear of this place! Can't be trusted. I put down a large non-refundable deposit on a vehicle that was later found out to be reported stolen, totaled twice and in a car fire. They "held" the vehicle for less than 12 hours and wouldn't refund even a portion of the deposit. Super disappointed considering I was in the market for a car and would have purchased from them otherwise.
The office was dirty and had a funny smell. The car we test drove had so many noticeable issues within the first couple of miles of the test drive.
Not much is worse than driving 2.5 hours to check out a car before they close at 6pm. Show up at 4pm with the door locked, open sign on and the guy in Draper. At least turn your sign off before you cut out early.
My sister bought a GMC YUKON, and they are really poorly on communication. She has been waiting on her license plates to arrive and haven’t arrived. I personally have been to other dealers and none of them have been worse then this one and in other dealers you go and pick up your license plates in person at the dealer…but so weird that this one ships it out to you, so that just make me think so poorly of them, they still recommend my sister to drive the car because it’s has a valid registration. when I just saw a review of a... read more
