I came here specifically to dig deeper into gut health and nutrition and SALT did not disappoint. The Nutreval and GI-MAP testing were thorough, and the dietician Tim Steen came with practical, actionable steps tailored to those results. I highly recommend SALT if you're looking for deeper insight into your health with a place that blends functional testing with practical guidance.

It’s a great place to Relax, They’ve Sauna and Steam Rooms which Are great for recovery but the timings to access Sauna and Steam Rooms is 7PM which is a bit early for me. The equipment for cardio is not highend to justify the fees.. except these two its good place to be
