Lily did an amazing job at refreshing my blonde colour whilst making sure to not push it too far to keep it healthy, very nice to have a hairdresser who prioritised the condition of my hair and very happy with the results!
Absolutely terrible experience. I came in to have my hair dyed from brown to a natural blonde and left with a complete disaster. As soon as my hair was being dried, it was obvious there was a harsh regrowth line, visible streaks, and at least four colours throughout my hair (ash, blonde, brown and white) all patchy and uneven. Honestly best salon in Newcastle!! Skyler did my hair and it was amazing! She was so lovely and made the experience so much better! I absolutely love the results and my hair looks amazing! Will definitely be getting my hair done here from now on!! 🥰
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but after spending a total of 8 hours across three days at this salon trying to get my hair fixed, and still walking away disappointed and with damaged hair, I feel I need to share my experience.
