Salt Energy has been fantastic. We had a solar system installation by another company, after a while I noticed a problem when going off grid. The roof would stop producing. I tried to get the other company to address the issue for over four months. No response other then they didn’t know the problem and they were busy and could not give a date of when they would come out. I called SALT Energy and the showed up the same day. Extremely helpful over the phone.
Check with manufacturer and discovered that battery at this location was nearly 3 years old instead of the 3 months old I was told. Not worth buying at any price.
