I’m sorry to say, but I’m disappointed in my experience. First, it was quite odd when I arrived, they asked for my name, other than that no one spoke to me. I was walked over to a chair and then it was super awkward. Getting my hair cut I asked for a basic cut and dusting. Normally this take 1-1.5 hours because of how long my hair is. The “dusting” was only done for a few minutes. For reference I was in and out of the salon, hair wash- paying in 35 minutes.
