I was gifted the Aura II package for my bridal shower and WOW. I cannot say enough about the experience and the staff! Huge shoutout to Bailey for my facial and massage, she is amazing! Ill be back!
I’m sorry to say, but I’m disappointed in my experience. First, it was quite odd when I arrived, they asked for my name, other than that no one spoke to me. I was walked over to a chair and then it was super awkward. Getting my hair cut I asked for a basic cut and dusting. Normally this take 1-1.5 hours because of how long my hair is. The “dusting” was only done for a few minutes. For reference I was in and out of the salon, hair wash- paying in 35 minutes. Would not recommend this spa. I had a facial here and it was one of the worst facials I have ever had. When I brought up my concerns, they completely dismissed my feedback. I would not have left a negative review had they handled it differently. Customer service is truly lost, and SALT reminded me of that.
