Salt Cycle is motivating with lots of energy! I love it here!
I started this journey as a way to stay busy when my youngest left for college - 2 years and 300+ classes later my youngest is now ready to head off. The entire Salt team has been so welcoming and empowering - great things do come from hard work!!!
If you're thinking about coming, DO IT!! I started with a two week unlimited rides intro deal in April, and loved my very first class with Kayla. I had such a fun time I came back the following morning lol. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful for your first class - they will help you set up your bike and get you settled in. I've enjoyed every class I've taken! There's always a good playlist and encouraging energy from any instructor you go to. So happy I gave them a chance and have been coming since!
