Dallas was fantastic, came out within a timely manner and was able to fix our problem. He also took the time to show us how to avoid the problem next time. After so many repair techs ruining our rig, it's awesome knowing that we can call someone with confidence now. Highly recommend! Not only did we pay for his service, but his knowledge.
I just want to thank Dallas for his knowledge. The guy was great, I just needed my A/C cleaned and serviced. Dallas came out and kept in contact at all times. He cleaned my units at a great price. He was extremely helpful and showed me several things to look out for when living in a RV full-time. His knowledge was priceless. I would use this shop for all my RV needs. Dallas was great. Called him on a Friday morning and he was at our RV within a couple hours on the island. Took care of us and got our AC unit back up an running. A true pleasure to talk to. Didn’t have part on his truck but found one close by.
Performed a thorough analysis and was able to diagnose my water heater issues. Was prompt and reasonable.. would gladly utilize his service in the future.
