I believe this business is close to closing shop. Red flag was ownership ghosting us once we paid for parts. Took forever to get jeep in to do work. Did re gear, suspension, tires and ball joints. After we paid for work plus differential oil change at 500 miles got ghosted again. Took jeep to another shop where they completed differential oil change, adjusted track bar, fixed a left rear axle leak and installed spacers because sway bar was rubbing tires. Please do not use this company... an absolute SCAM. I reached out to the company in October to start an order on my Jeep Wrangler after a few neighbors highly recommended the shop. I wanted to have Air Lift Air Springs installed along with an ARB On-Board Twin Air Compressor. The owner, Nick, responded promptly to my work request I had submitted to the shop and was very helpful in getting me set up to order the correct parts. Worst decision I’ve ever made! After looking at all these reviews, I wish I would’ve did that in the first place, but I had to find out the hard way and take a chance. They really do scam people out of their money.
Gave over $13000 for a 12 inch Lift kit, Tires,steps it’s been over 3 months, not 1 single update, Nick and Bethany had changed stories on me multiple times, Nick claims he orders from bulletproof and has been in contact with them, then stated that Bethany orders through a third party, he offered a refund but has only given me $251 back .
