If I could give 0 stars I would. Facility declined to release patients prior images even with a signed release form. Delaying patient care with no remorse. Attempted to speak with their manager Mike who was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I would strongly consider going elsewhere. Shouldn’t be in patient care if you don’t CARE about patients!!
I have been here several times and cannot complain about anything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean
I highly recommend this facility. I recently had a brain MRI and found the staff to be very friendly and thorough. I was nervous about having the MRI; but they helped me to feel relaxed by offering me headphones for music of choice, a blanket to keep me warm and a cloth to cover my eyes. All of these items helped me to relax and get through the test.
Professional staff. Kind and efficient. Appointment was easy to make. The office space is clean and well-maintained. Front desk was very accommodating. The procedure was quick and results given to my physician promptly. Highly recommend
This place is WONDERFUL! I had to get 2 MRIs and im not one to be claustrophobic but my doctor said MRI and I became it. When I tell you ALL the ladies from the front office to the back of the office everyone is friendly and welcoming and I had a great experience! I would definitely recommend this place for an open MRI if I ever have to get another one I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for your professionalism and friendly service you ladies are awesome! 😊
