My experience was amazing at Salt Creek Imaging. I was nervous about getting my MRI a but the staff not only explained the procedure well, but put me at ease with my favorite music and were very patient answering all my questions. Additionally, the front staff was incredibly compassionate, especially when I made a second visit to get another copy of my MRI images CD (in particular a front staff member who had beautifully done makeup and pink hued hair was very helpful and went above and beyond). Terrible! Don’t go there. I was told to lay on a cold bare table and offered no blanket or anything soft. I was freezing and shaking during the procedure and then I was criticized by the most uncaring excuse of a technician for moving. I’ve had MRI’s elsewhere and I have always had a good experience with caring technicians. With a soft table to lay on and blankets. And a loving hand to guide my head into the headrest. She could have cared less that I bumped my head! This person has no business caring for other people!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Facility declined to release patients prior images even with a signed release form. Delaying patient care with no remorse. Attempted to speak with their manager Mike who was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I would strongly consider going elsewhere. Shouldn’t be in patient care if you don’t CARE about patients!!
I have been here several times and cannot complain about anything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean
