Delivery was on time and very professional. We love the items we purchased at Salt Creek. The furniture was unique and not the typical style you would find at the mega furniture stores.
The level of customer service I’ve experienced with purchasing from Salt Creek has been outstanding! I’ve made several purchases and I am very impressed with the quality of the furniture. Ryan has been incredible to work with! Not at all pushy, extremely knowledgeable and took all the time I needed to help me in choosing the furniture pieces. Ryan went above and beyond, and has made every purchase a very good experience! I truly would recommend this store for any furniture needs . First rate experience on every level!
Salespeople are great and help make the process smooth. Pricing is great too. Delivery was seamless. Highly recommend!
We searched for a buffet server for 2.5 years, my wife and I found a beautiful buffet server at Salt Creek. We picked out a color, signed the contract and waited for our buffet server. The server delivery was delayed by 45 days.I had to follow up with Salt Creek vs being notified about the delay. The piece showed up and the stain was the wrong color. We had the strangest experience with a sales associate at this store. We had wandered in after visiting a patio store nearby, and explained to the associate that we were looking for furniture for a covered porch. She was very quick to tell us 'oh, you mustn't be from around here' as you would never put 'inside furniture on a covered porch'. 'That would be ghetto'. Um...
