Extremely Responsive!! Bent over backwards to get me back on the trail within one day after it looked like I may be shutdown for awhile. The guys at Salt Creek are there to support the mountain biking community and will go above and beyond to make sure you're back on the trail.
Josh @ Salt Creek Cycles went above and beyond with my new Kona Process!! Josh kept me posted at every stage - when he received notifications from Kona all the way to build & delivery. Fedex was a bit flakey so Josh drove to the Fedex depot and picked up the bike himself. He also personally delivered my new bike to me at Brown Co. so I didn't have to wait long to ride. 😁 I strongly recommend SCC and consider them my home bike shop - even though they're an hour from my house! Thanks Josh!!
Josh @ Salt Creek Cycles hooked me up. He responded promptly to an email I had sent through texting me and worked with me on finding a bike in his shop so I wouldn't have to wait on an order. What a great bike shop. The guys at SCC are truly passionate about mountain biking and you can tell they want to share their love for riding with others. I was a difficult case - 4'11" with a 26" inseam.. they helped me find my Kona Process 134 SE, a perfect fit (literally!) with my riding style and budget. I purchased a used recumbent trike recently and needed to have the chain shortened due to my very short inseam! I called Salt Creek Cycles and Jake told me to bring the trike in and he'd take care of it while I waited. I drove up to their shop from Bedford and Jake came out to my truck to work on my trike so I wouldn't have to carry it into the shop.
