Let me say right from the start that Jenny feels like a miracle worker. I have dealt with mental health issues for decades. In 2021, I got COVID and it turned into Long COVID, which is still ongoing but milder now. I tried every treatment option I could find including talk therapy, holistic medicine ($5,000 dollars worth), supplements, diet, meditation, massage, etc. Some practitioners I contacted told me they couldn't help because of the Long COVID symptoms.
