Unprofessional company. I have attempted no less than a dozen times to learn of the shipment of a #gorhinorack over 2 months. VM, text and email fall into a bottomless pit. Serious lacking on customer service. Can’t even return a call. Zero stars for me.
The Owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. Shipping was faster than anywhere else I have purchased my truck parts.
