Let me say right from the start that Jenny feels like a miracle worker. I have dealt with mental health issues for decades. In 2021, I got COVID and it turned into Long COVID, which is still ongoing but milder now. I came to Salt City Bodyworks when my body was completely broken due to what I later learned was my overloaded nervous system. The physical pain was so intense and nothing seemed to work and nobody, including me, could see the brain/ body connection of my issues.
