Booked a table for two for 7 pm on a Tuesday night, even got an online confirmation, then went there from Middleton and after a $26 cab fare found the place in total darkness with the doors locked and not a soul inside. Very disappointing and unprofessional waste of money...

Salt was our reception venue for our wedding and they certainly delivered! The staff were super friendly, they accommodated for dietary requirements and we had numerous compliments on the food. With picturesque ceremony destinations only a short walk away, we highly recommend considering Salt as a wedding venue!
Salt at Port Elliot offers a feed me menu. It was magnificent. Great value and a wonderful array of delicious food. The service was friendly and delightful. An unrushed wonderful lunch. I highly recommend the long lunch experience on offer
Myself, my husband and 2 friends dined at Salt for Saturday dinner! The food was 10/10! Delicious scallops and oysters. Generous portions for the chefs selection / feed me option. We all had nothing but good things to say. I’ll be highly recommending Salt to all family and friends. Thankyou for having us! Left with full bellies.
