Incredible to have a wellness center like this in Baraboo. Highly recommend their services! Used the red-light sauna today, and looking forward to coming back soon for more treatments. Deb is super cool, and keeps a clean, friendly environment. Take care of your body, before it gives you problems, or repair and rejuvenate after hard training. Salt and Sauna Wellness is the place to go!! 5⭐️’s!!
It was a very amazing experience using the red light sauna and the salt therapy! I'm blown away at how well I feel! If you've never tried it, you have to at least once in your life so you can experience the positive benefits. ✌️
