Delightful dinner at Salt and Samphire. A very nice restaurant run by a dedicated couple. We both had the Durban curry which was very flavorful and just on the right side of 🔥 ! Not too expensive with a good choice on the menu. I would say that the open kitchen is perhaps too open...if it could be screened a little more, I think customers might prefer it.
Only regret is that we haven't been there before. Moderate prices for such a wonderful meal. Lovely staff, efficient but not intrusive. Came away feeling more than satisfied, varied menu prepared to perfection. Would give more than 5 stars if possible, many thanks.
Best food locally by a mile! Great quality food, interesting flavours, very homely feel, very helpful. Will definitely be back.
Food was amazing
Had high expectations and really looking forward to the evening. The food I have to say was amazing 10/10.The friendly staff that we read about, I really don't think they knew we were there. We had to wait over an hour for our starters and a long wait for our mains, which we were told we were in a queue!! So disappointed!
