Very disappointing experience. Had to ask for our table to be wiped off, my biscuit and gravy was at room temperature so had to ask to be reheated. The gravy was rather thin and not enough. My mocha coffee was just okay. Perhaps lunch is better. I won't be trying it though. Their prices are rather high considering that you get your own food from the counter, get your own water and bus your table.

Love this place. We like to have a light breakfast and coffee at a reasonable cost with a nice atmosphere.
Excellent latte, breakfast sandwich and patio experience.
We absolutely love this place! Amazing service, the best iced latte I’ve ever had. Lunch rice bowls are delicious! Thai is a little spicy, Southwest is my fave!
