WOW!! Steve took a text and a call on his personal vacation and had his team to my home within 1 hour of reaching back out to me- I've never had customer service like this before ( I did not expect or ask for any favors) and he extended his service team and had my A/C Unit working right away! Huge Kudos to Steve and his team for providing "exceptional customer service" --- I'm More than Impressed! His team and his culture for service is Exceptional - DO Not Call Anyone other than Salt Air Systems!! Thanks Steven!
Id like to give a HUGE shout out to this company from the scheduling/quoting with Sara to the installers with Jon & Billy to the owner Steve. It was such an awesome and very easy going process. I had a new furnace and AC installed in January and was given the most awesome experience you could ask for from all aspects of the company. The biggest reason I would not use this company is because they don’t flow nitrogen when they are braizing, this takes about 15 years off the life of your system. I ultimately left because I was afraid I was going to be engaging practices that would get my EPA license taken. The company owner also released refrigerant into the environment using a bucket of water to cloak the mist that is released.
