Made appointment as a new client. Approximately one hour before scheduled time stylist sent text to cancel due to sick child at daycare. She offered two other days I could choose. I responded but no reply was ever sent to confirm. Needless to say, there was never a rescheduled appointment. Bad business to not respond back to a potential client. Took my hair elsewhere.
