Michael (Tech) was Profesional and knowledgeable. Did a good job replacing condensate pump even though price was excess 20 % higher than competition. Service Manager pricing excessive and out of line with reputable competition in area. Estimate for two condensate drainline rerouting (easy job as described by Tech) was estimated at over $700.00 for a max two hr job with easy attic access. . This was with my service contract discounts.
