Great atmosphere! I’ve only tried the group fitness classes, and they are top notch! Barre class, in particular, has the best instructor (Lindsay!) I’ve encountered in decades of taking fitness classes.
Absolutely love this place! So does my daughter. The kids camps and drop in days are awesome.
Brought my daughter there for kids night. The owner and staff were all so very nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is lovely, the smells are so nice, everything is inviting and cozy. Would highly recommend. Cannot wait to bring my daughter back, she had a wonderful time!

My kid loved the kids night out. She was so inspired she wants to create her own salt room at home.
