Would NOT recommend. The “marriage counselor” they set me up with is not a licensed marriage counselor and did much more harm to my marriage than good. I’ve tried to communicate with SALT multiple times during normal business hours but am never able to reach anyone via phone. Would not recommend in the slightest if you are looking for real, legitimate counselors.

Go elsewhere! The therapists are students, not licensed therapists. And I could overlook this if the student, this case Hailee, was competent, but she was NOT. So I called Salt to obtain services for my son and spoke with Hailee. I asked if Salt was an “in network” provider for obvious reasons. Instead of finding out the answer to that question or transferring me to someone who could answer that question, Hailee insisted I fill out paperwork and make an appointment first, while insurance gets verified. Prior patient, recently terminated services due to declining quality. Majority of the time was beneficial and helpful, but towards the end a lot was left to be desired. Possibly due to practice growing too large, too fast, and too many clients. The simplest things such as scheduling and patient/provider continuity fell to the waist side. Overall, would not recommend.
Great for amazing break throughs.
