The food is good. However, the main and most $$ dish Halibut Special took so long to arrive that we had already filled ourselves with appetizers, bread and salads much before it finally came. Needless to say, a lot of it got wasted. The servers and atmosphere was good otherwise.
We had are reception here after having our small destination wedding in Juneau. The service is received from the first point of contact was first rate and the service day of was excellent as well. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed all course we ordered and the staff was patient and kind in accommodating our needs. Thank you to everyone who made our big day great.
Would not go back or recommend. Avoid the pasta dish. It was terrible. The salmon dish was ok but not worth $60. Not really sure what went wrong but terrible price to experience ratio. Could do better so easily with better recipes.
The food was dry and tasteless. The portions were very small and the prices were higher than in NYC
A True Gem in Downtown Juneau! Salt is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Juneau. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between modern and cozy, making it a great spot for date nights, special occasions, or just treating yourself to a really good meal.
