Terrible food
What can be said about SALT that hasn't already been said about the wheel, penicillin or the iPhone? Upon leaving Tampa and embarking on our Alaska journey the question that plagued my wife and I the most was, "where will our upscale special occasion restaurant be?". Enter SALT. Loved the restaurant, the food and the service!
One of the best food places in downtown Juneau.
My spouse prefers chicken dark meat so was surprised she stated the chicken picatta was the best breast meat ever! Risotto was delicious, too. I like lamb so thoroughly enjoyed a tasty chop appetizer and then a lamb tenderloin entree even better, both medium rare. The bread was outstanding too ... without butter!
