Not long after purchasing my home it became obvious that the drainage for the gutters and yard needed serious work. The place was built in 1970 and the "wise" choice was made (and maintained over the decades) to drain them directly onto the outside of the foundation with no real mitigation. We found Tanner and Salsman Construction through a Facebook post. I have read that in 2025 up to 70% of ads on Facebook may be fraudulent, so I was extremely cautious in checking out Salsman before contacting and engaging them for work. Hard workers. Stuck to schedule. Kept me informed at all phases. Very nice layout of sprinkler system. Great work of finishing covering trenches with topsoil, grass seed and peat.

My daughter & I purchased an older home that needs a little tender love and care. The house sewer line became clogged so I didn’t hesitate to contact Salsman Construction. They are locally family owned and operated and had done extensive work on the house prior. Sewage pump & landscaping. As always they are friendly, honest, professional, and fairly priced.
