I think he uses charm to substitute for hard work. Charm can only work for so long. Everyone that is charming eventually hits an older age where charm doesn't work so well. Does he really care about people, as he so often says that he does.

Dancing lessons at Salsa with Juan are so much fun! I started with NO skills and am now feeling confident that I can dance in public! My friends will thank Juan! He's a great instructor who is personable, patient, and smooth! Will be back again next week for my salsa fix :)
I don't even know when I started taking classes with Juan. Maybe it was 2009? That makes it 6 years now! I was hooked on the first class. Juan has a great personality and has some jokes...Juan jokes. I've danced in class, have participated in 2 performance teams, and I keep going back for more! I can follow and I can lead....yes ladies...you can learn to do both!
