We were sent to this place from the VA for a sleep study for my Marine Vet father. We showed to the scheduled appointment and it was closed. It was on the west side of San Antonio, pretty scary neighborhood. I called the emergency number and a lady answered and said they rescheduled my Dad and then she checked and said oh sorry I forgot to call you . When my Dr's office wrote me a referral to this place, they never contacted me to set up an appointment as my Dr's office assured me they would. A week went by and nothing. I began calling them myself over the course of a week or more, leaving messages, because they never answered their phones during business hours. Again, they never attempted to return my calls.
