Had to edit my 1st review. Within 4 weeks of 1st repairs with this shop my vehicle had to be towed back to the shop. 2nd and 3rd attempt by shop were unsuccessful and shop was unwilling to acknowledge warranty coverage. No receipt for work done by this shop provided to customer. Be very very very careful if you decide to choose this shop. Senior mechanic will try to play you for stupid with limited interpersonal skills. When operating a business #1 rule customer is always right. Hopefully this shop can realize this.
My lights and controls weren’t working on my 3 Series BMW. Reed and his team diagnosed the issue quickly, went above and beyond to source the correct part, and made sure everything was programmed properly. He took the time to make sure every detail was right, and treated me with fairness, honesty, and professionalism the whole way through, and even offered transportation. Very polite, very thorough, and I’m definitely coming back here. Thank you again!
I have a 15 BMW 5 Series that needed some work. I took a ride to Sals Precision Auto Repair where I met Reed, a very trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic, and had the car looked at. I needed control arms, 2 front CV axels, a wheel bearing along with a couple other minor things. Reeds prices are close to impossible to beat… I ended up doing the work and he did a PHENOMENAL job. I have brought 3 of my cars here to get repairs so far and they are awesome! Reed and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The repairs are always done quickly and correctly and for a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to get any repairs done here and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great mechanic!
I’ve been here twice so far for NYS inspections on my cars. Both times the folks here have been quick to action and the visits were in and out without much hassle. It’s a great local service station! I’ll be back soon I’m sure.
