Unfortunately, Sal’s has really gone downhill. The slice prices are absolutely outrageous. I understand they are trying to make money off the bar crowd, but can’t they increase the prices later in the evening instead of keeping the prices high all day? The slices are worth $3 max, but they are charging $6 per slice. It’s more economical to order a whole pizza than to pay for a couple slices. Also, the quality isn’t as great anymore. 6/2026 This place serves pizza by the slice. You get a garlic bun with your pizza slice at certain times they have deals. If you buy a whole pizza, it’s a really good price. The pizza is delicious. I rated four stars for atmosphere because I feel like the place is not the cleanest, but it is in the mix of Appleton downtown bars so not out of the ordinary I suppose. I recommend stopping for a slice or just get the whole pizza.

Best Pizza in college Ave, slices purchased during the day comes with a garlic knot too! Just wish they didn't run out so often!

Best pizza in town, but due to disrespect and rudeness I will not longer be eating here, favorite lunch spot ruined by a rude bald man working the register, too bad this place was the best,its sad that customer service has gone so down hill it stops me from having amazing pizza. Pizza 5 stars, customer service negative 4 stars, THIS IS A SAD SAD DAY FOR ME. RIP Sals ill miss your BBQ chicken.
