Closed during business hours in the afternoon one day without prior notice. Came back later and saw it opened again.
This review is really hard for me. I can easily say I was very disappointed. This was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Normally I say Florida has the worst pizza I have ever had in my life, but Sal's Pizza on Tremont Street in Boston officially tops that list of worst pizza for me. And having to wait an hour in a hot place with nowhere to sit because they have no chairs made it a lot worse. I wasted minutes of my life for disgusting pizza. Avoid this place if you can at all costs.
Expensive for a large slice with too much crust and not enough toppings.
Huge slices but pretty average pizza. $7.50 for a slice of cheese is rough.
Sal's Pizza has a 3.9 star rating with 544 reviews.
Sal's Pizza is open now. It will close at 6:00 p.m.
