I have been here before and drove an hour to come eat here again with my family. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of friendliness from the owner. He was disrespectful in his tone and attitude and was not welcoming at all. He had a bigger attitude when we decided to leave and told us we would not find anything quicker anywhere else. We will not return which is sad because the food was good when we were here previously. We went to American Pie and had a great experience, quick service, and friendly staff.
Poorest service I’ve experienced. Literally trying everything they could to make us not want to eat there Edit: since the owner wants to continue this, I’ll explain. We came in as a party of 6. We were told the wait time was 45 minutes. Not a big deal at all. Places are busy, especially during the summer. I asked if they offered a special on slices. Very friendly staff, you can get your family of any size fed in minutes without calling ahead, suggestion to the owner though, I would definitely get an open sign or something similar for the front door. Here's a picture of what I saw when I pulled up and I honestly thought you guys had already closed for the night. I was shocked when the door swelling opened. Thrilled! But surprised.
