I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, they had 1 piece of pizza left. I asked to cook a cheese and they wouldn’t. Told me I could take the pepperoni or nothing. I asked if they could at least charge me for a cheese and he wouldn’t even do that (even tho he would be throwing it out)though I am taking all the pepperoni off. Very disappointed in this Sals location along with the customer service.
Definitely likes sal's pizza a lot but this location is inconsistent, although it is definitely been getting better over the last 6 months. Wish there was a another one in Manchester that had more consistent quality of pizza and more consistent quality.
Walked into this location at 5pm, it was empty and we wanted to just grab a few slices with our small child. They guy said hi and then went back to making pizza and then Started making another order while talking to his friends on speaker phone while we stood there just waiting We ended up Walking out. Disappointing
